RECRUIT TRAINING

Buckley Field will not be holding a Recruit Training in 2024

Recruit Training is a commitment on Tuesday nights and some Saturday mornings. During this time, the Young Marine Recruits will learn physical and mental toughness, as well as Land Navigation, Survival and other basic field techniques. Toward the end of this training period, your student will apply the skills they have developed while participating in a 2.5 day extensive Field Training Exercise (FTX) to become a Young Marine.
